Flower shop San Francisco LGBTQ led Busi

ABOUT OUR LOCAL FLOWER SHOP

We are a local and LGBTQ led flower shop in San Francisco, founded to provide better and more sustainable options to generic flowers.

Even though we don’t know the answer for everyone, we do know small pushes lead to big change. At ROSEANDTHORN DESIGN, we are genuinely on a mission to make Eco-Floral Designs accessible to everyone, helping save the planet.

Our floral work is created from a passionate connection to our often frail and challenged environment.

When doing our floral designs, we select only California Flowers, refusing to use imported flowers and non-biodegradable plastic floral foam.

By using California flowers and adopting sustainable practices, we reduce the carbon footprint, support our local growers, strengthen the local economy, and keep our environment healthy.

We are a family-owned, based in the Mission District – San Francisco, and currently Certified Green Floral Business by the state of CA. We believe in creating Sustainable Floral Designs, doing what makes us happy, and striving to be a positive, eco-friendly force in our community.

Help us continue our mission and together take pride in this Green Movement.

Just as it ‘takes a village to raise a child,’ it takes a village to raise awareness and educate the community and the World, to empower them with knowledge and understanding of how something so beautiful and awe-inspiring can also be deadly and toxic and to offer an alternative to current standard practices.
